Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy apply to Services provided by Entigrity Private Limited having registered office at 205, Sakar Comm. Complex, Opp. Gandhigram Railway Station, Ahmedabad, 380009 (PAN AAECE7432M). (hereinafter referred as “Entigrity Private Limited” or Entigrity Academy or “we” or “us” or “our”) and any the individual purchasing/subscribing the Services (hereinafter referred as “You” or “Your”).

Our focus is your complete satisfaction but in case please read the fine prints of each of the below clauses before taking the services.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

  • 1. Cancellation Policy

    Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If we fail to provide services from our end, after the payment is done by you for the services then you have to mention the same to us within 24 hours mandatorily for cancellation and refund. If the customer changes his/her mind for the services taken after 24 hours, we will not be liable to cancel the service.

    Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make a best effort to complete the service. In case you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee or tax paid to government or any third party would be applicable.   • 2. Force Majeure

    We will not be considered if there is a breach of satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

  • 3. Refund Policy

    We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide service to our customers from our end. You need to apply for the same via email at Refunds will not be provided to you once it is earned by the company, because of the time and energy invested by our manpower for their work, which is not returnable. So basically, all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done, will be deducted. In short, further, we can’t refund any money which is paid to government bodies, such as fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order

    To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

    1. You have purchased the Course directly from our website
    2. You have completed the Course in its entirety
    3. You have obtained your PTIN number from the IRS
    4. You have passed the EA exam
  • 2. Non-Refundable Items

    The following items are non-refundable:

    1. Any other products or services that are not part of the Course
    2. Any fees paid to third parties, such as examination fees or PTIN fees
